Payment

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Shipping fees are charged to the customer.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns

Returned items must be in perfect condition for resale. Shipping fees for returns are charged to the customer unless the item was defective when received or we made an error in processing or shipping your order.

We do not accept the return of any online products nor of any audiovisual or multimedia products.

Refunds

Claims for refunds must be made within ten days of receiving your order.

All returns must first be approved by ERPI.
